I am a Mindfulness Coach and Coach Supervisor with a special interest in well-being. I have run my independent coaching practice for twenty years and my coaching supervision practice for the last ten. I would describe my coaching approach as integrative as I draw upon psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness and compassion practices to inform my work.
In the coach supervision space I will work with you either face to face, via zoom or skype or telephone to:-
Provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can pause and reflect on your practice.
Work in partnership with you to reflect deeply on your work and be curious as we explore you, me , us, your client and your client's systems.
Explore together experiences of transformation, stuckness and the psychological process to bring this into awareness.
Explore non-judgmentally any ethical moments of choice for you as a coach. You may bring in a client your concerned about and we can explore this and look at what is happening to and for your client.
Enrich, resource and refresh you with additional tools, models and approaches where relevant to support your coaching practice and continuous professional development.
I'm passionate about this work and draw on all of who I am and the breadth and depth of my experience in life and as a coach. I work in a heartfelt way and provide warmth, creativity, insight, spaciousness, courageousness, incisiveness and a balanced mind and where humour is never far away too. I regularly attend courses, conferences and meetings with peers. I apply an ethical and human style of supervision, all while focusing on achieving goals and mutual collaboration,

Jill has been my supervisor for several months in my career and executive coaching practice. She is extremely well qualified and knowledgeable about all things coaching including different theories and models. Her specialism is mindfulness. I find her to be hugely insightful and helpful to my ongoing learning. The sessions are well structured and organised and I always come away from them having gained enrichment into my own coaching practice and methods. Jill is wonderfully kind and generous and she always follows up the sessions with promised materials and additional information to support ongoing personal development and learning. She is encouraging and adds the feel good factor to the coaching supervision sessions we have had so far. I would not hesitate to recommend Jill as an excellent executive coach, mindfulness teacher and supervisor. Diana Dawson. Working Career
