About Jerry
Professional coach and advocate for coaching for decades, I aim to help individuals and organizations leverage under utilized strengths, create resilience for change, and grow to meet ongoing challenges.
My business is comprised of coaching, consultancy, coaching supervision, developing internal coaching teams, and creating learning experiences for leaders and coaches.
I've developed REFINE, a peer supervision training program for internal coaches who have absolutely no support of coaching supervision. This introductory course equips them to support one another, while also working to secure funding for external supervision.
I strive for ongoing development for myself in order to bring fresh insights and strategies to my clients. Recent endeavors include study of Systemic Coaching with Sean O'Connor and Peter Hawkins and Team Coaching with Peter Hawkins and David Clutterbuck, along with continued study of Coaching Supervision.
With consultancy background, I'm interested in organizational dynamics, emergent trends, constellation iterations, as well as approaches that impact individuals and organizations. My motto is: "Your Success Is My Business."
