I am an experienced Learning/OD Consultant and Coach, with many years working in management and organisational development in large service organisations, in consultancy, and in running my own business.
I am a Qualified Coach, accredited since 2013 at PCC level by the International Coaching Federation, and also hold a Diploma in Coach Supervision, awarded in 2021 by Coaching Development.
Most of my coaching is with Senior Leaders in large organisations. As a number of my clients work internationally, much of my work is done virtually (Skype / Zoom / phone).
I have worked as an Associate of the Neuroleadership Group since 2010 on training, assessing and mentoring developing coaches, with a focus on neuroscience and brain-based coaching.
To add most value as a Supervisor and Mentor (and to feed my joy in learning), I continuously develop my coaching approach, integrating different perspectives such as embodiment/somatic practices and constellations.
