I am a professionally qualified Executive Coach, Coaching & Organisational Supervisor and Facilitator of Change . I have many years’ experience in both corporate and management consultancy roles across a broad range of organisational environments, both national and international, commercial and public sectors.
Over the past 30 years, I have developed my own integrative approach to coaching and supervision, drawing together my fundamental humanistic beliefs, a respectful curiosity about the power that resides within each individual to achieve personal change and the importance of relationship in that process.
Relationship is central to my role as a supervisor as I believe it provides a container for the safe space in which my supervisees can explore and reflect on their work. A space where they feel able to share anything and which allows for the emergence of deeper insights and acknowledgement of what is true about themselves, their clients and the systems within which they work. This in turn creates opportunities for movement and change in the interest of their clients and the client systems.
I use emergent and creative approaches that enable us to focus on the individual and on the wider systemic and relational forces at work. I am particularly known for my work with Systemic Constellations, Clean Space , Values Congruence and Embodiment.
I work with individuals and groups (open and in-house). I am currently working exclusively over Zoom and am exploring new ways of working relationally with what emerges in the virtual dimension.
