About Jan
Based in West Yorkshire and working globally, Jan has been operating as a coach supervisor since 2003.
Jan believes in creating a learning partnership that adds value to the coach, the coach’s client and the client organisation. She helps the supervisee to take a meta view of their work, their relationships with others and with the organisation.
The focus is on ethical practice and providing added value for the client and their organisation by helping the supervisee to step back and reflect on their practice, to make sense of complex situations encountered in the working environment and to identify alternative strategies for moving forward. Jan loves nature and the outdoors and often uses this in her work with clients alongside focusing on what is emerging and being noticed in the moment.
In this way supervision operates at many levels by providing professional development, quality assurance, ethical and emotional support and helping to build resilience in the coach.
In addition she was active along with two colleagues in setting up the Association for Coaching Working Party on Coaching Supervision which subsequently led to a Joint Working Party being established between the leading professional bodies in coaching, The Association for Coaching, The European Mentoring and Coaching Council and the International Coach Federation.
Rates
| Supervision Rate | Range from £150 - £300 per hour for remote supervision depending on frequency and level of experience of the client. |
