I have been working as an independent coach (PCC ICF) for the last five years with clients around the world. The main focus of my work is to support clients in finding their place in life and in business.
I work with executives and key employees of large companies, lean companies and with startups. Recently, I developed my own program "The Coaching Approach for Leaders".
Having lived in different countries with different cultures and languages, I help my clients look at themselves from different lenses and a from a holistic perspective.
Since 2018, I've been working as a supervisor for coaches. In 2019, together with Crucial Difference, we organized an online course for supervising Russian-speaking coaches.
One of my passions is to unite the efforts of international supervisors from different schools and approaches to develop supervision in coaching together.
