I subscribe to the code of ethics of the EMCC member also Ashridge Executive Coaching and BPS, depending on the work.

I am interested in creating more independent supervision groups, to try and bring in newly qualified coaches who have not experienced any form of supervision in their training.
I want to provide professional value in the unsupported space of "part-time and weekend" or "occasional internal " coaches.
