Working predominately with organisational internal coaches I offer developmental-inquiry based Supervision on an individual and group basis. I adopt an existentialist approach to my work, working on the basis that as coaches our own meaning-making creates a way of ‘being with’ our coachees that asks us to embrace a level of uncertainty that can at times create inner anxiety in us. Combined with my commitment to the 3 tenets of Zen Peacemaking (Embracing, Unknowing, Bearing Witness, and committing to Compassionate Action) this existentialist approach enables me to co-create with coaches a psychologically safe space in which to explore their personal and professional development.
I have a particular interest in working with coaches who wish to inquire into their own self-authoring (Kegan) journey, and to explore how doing so might help them deepen their practice
