Professional Qualifications
Gwynneth is an accredited coach and coach supervisor based on the edge of the beautiful Trossachs in Scotland.
Certified through the Coaches Training Institute (CPCC), and ICF accredited PCC, Gwynneth coaches people who are ready for change. She has been working with private clients as well as those in a corporate setting over 20 years. She gained her Diploma in Coaching Supervision with the Coaching Supervision Academy in 2007 and has enjoyed supporting coaches through their practice since, inviting supervisees to explore the whole client:coach system to bring greater understanding to their ethical practice in service of their clients' growth and wellbeing, as well as their own. As Head of ILM Programmes with Taylor Clarke she leads, assesses and tutors on the Level 7 Executive Coaching qualification programme as well as providing supervision for the learners. Gwynneth is also a Faculty member for AoEC in Ireland/Northern Ireland, and delivers mentor coaching on a 1:1 and group basis on the Practitioner Diploma programme. She is an adjunct lecturer on University of Glasgow's International HRM&D Masters where she delivers the Coaching in Organisations elective.
A former Fellow of the CIPD, and owner of Yellow Kite, a people-centred development business, Gwynneth also brings over 25 years senior HR/OD experience.
