I work as a coaching supervisor in the Netherlands, and I'm interested in the training and education of coaches and supervision of business consultants in their ‘soft skills’.
I have a broad experience in team coaching and supervision, organizational change, training, action research and project management. My company is KommaPunt.

For more than 20 years, I supervised approximately 120 students and 30 professionals within the fields of social work and education. Since 2009 I started with executive coaching. After two years this led to an involvement in the education for NOBCO-registered coaches (excellence-opleiding.nl/). In this training institute each year I supervise 5 – 10 coaches in their professional training programme of 10 sessions each.

On request, I additionally supervise individual coaches or counsellors (Education, Occupational Health and Safety Service).

My interest is on parallel processes as this topic is always raised during my professional development.
