"Georgia provided coaching supervision for a member of my team who gave the following comments:
Coaching supervision with Georgia has been a valuable experience, which really helped me develop my coaching skills. Georgia’s approach helped me learn to listen to my inner voice, be mindful of experiencing tension and to manage my ‘stuff’ effectively to enable me to maintain the appropriate state, or postpone if needed. The first couple of sessions helped me to feel comfortable about the choices I had made, so I was able to return to my coaching feeling more confident in my abilities. Georgia’s ability to ask the right, and sometimes challenging, questions to set up the scene and situation fully, helped me to view the same situations from a different perspective and enabled me to find the answers I sought.
The sessions were objective and I felt comfortable and able to share anything. I enjoyed the structure and benefited from Georgia’s experience as she was able to also recommend additional learning and development opportunities."
