Working with Elizabeth brought great value to me and helped me build awareness of how I could be more effective with my clients – helping me understand myself and my clients more clearly in the process. It has definitely helped me develop my coaching practice.
Elizabeth was a thoughtful and considerate presence in our coaching supervision sessions. I came with a variety of topics – some more relating to supporting me, others with questions around client engagements. It was always useful to reflect on the perceptive questions she asked – not just in terms of the insights I came up with, but as a reflective practice builder.
