Eileen Jameson is the Director of Coaching with WJP -Wuite Jameson Partners Ltd, a company she created in 2019 together with her husband on her return to Ireland. From 1993 - 2019 working in the United Nations it became evident to her that many everyday conflicts can be reduced and productivity increased, when individuals feel appreciated, are listened to, feel well and are enabled to use their potential to add value for themselves, their team and their environment.
In a business context, the daily challenge of management, often in complex multicultural, multinational contexts is facilitated though recognition and use of team members strengths, cultural potential and constant nurturing of emotional intelligence and by being aware of the underlying causes of stress and burnout, generated unknowingly between the staff, the manager and the environment.
The role of the manager and their competence in providing effective supervision is primordial to the motivation, success and happiness of the staff.
In a coaching context the power of supervision unleashes new levels of competence and confidence to help the coach deliver the best of services to meet their clients needs. Through coaching, the client finds ways to address their concerns and overcome obstacles of life, while through coaching supervision the coach steps into a world of discovery of new strengths, understanding, methods and tools that they can bring to the service of the client, making the clients experience even more meaningful, providing them access to the winning edge just waiting to be discovered.

"The session felt very natural and comfortable and created an environment in which I felt it easier to reflect and talk about aspects of my professional practice which I would not normally discuss."
"Eileen seems to have a natural talent for helping me reflect upon my own issues without actually offering any advice and you walk away from the session with a bag full of solutions that you have actually found yourself. Very clever!"
"My level of self-awareness has increased exponentially in matter of days after this session"
"Eileen, this was a great conversation, thank you. I was very aware of being listened to during this session, particularly when I discovered the specific issue that has been a concern for a long time, but I have not been able to articulate it. The session was mentally and emotionally tough for me but I felt that I was sharing information in a very safe environment and I greatly appreciate that."
