Qualified Coaching Supervisor
My coaching and supervision practice are firmly rooted in the premise that "who you are is how you coach".
I have been involved in adult learning and people/organisation development for most of my career, and my coaching practice has evolved within this. After training intially with the Academy of Executive Coaching, I developed a taste for working in a Gestalt orientated way; as a coach I work with the whole person, and my Supervision practice reflects this.
During a supervision session, we may focus on client work, but we may also look at how the coach builds and retains strategies for self-care or how they manage complex ethical issues.
We also work in a way that encourages the coach to "hear their own voice" so that they are better able to hear the voices of their clients, in the context of the client's system. At the moment, I only work 1-1.

‘Edwina provided coaching supervision for me during a challenging time for me personally. She was a warm, supportive, very capable supervisor and a pleasure to work with’ K.S.
Edwina helped me work through a complicated situation involving ethics and boundaries that I was struggling to navigate. Edwina helped me validate my gut feel and also challenged my assumptions to enable me to identify how I would move forward.
Her incisive questions & input helped me reach an outcome that felt right for my situation. E.M.
