I have been supervising executive coaches since 2000 and most recently graduated with my DProf in Coaching Supervision at Middlesex University (2014). Clients are both external independent coaches/consultants and internal coaches in organisations. I also supervise other coaching supervisors who are in training and post qualification.

We work either on a one-to-one basis or in groups. Action Research, with its cyclical, emergent process forms the basis of our work together, where change to practice informs our approach.

I am a member of the EMCC (accredited Master Coach and one of the Governors on the UK Board), AC and SGCP (Associate). I have been accredited as a coaching supervisor with APECS since 2011 and subscribe to their code of ethics and EMCC's.

More recently, clients are keen to explore team coaching interventions and together with CSA UK Ltd, I offer a training for supervisors who work with team coaches.

Our field is constantly developing and I am keen to contribute to and keep in touch with the emerging trends in coaching supervision.
