I am an Executive Coach, Coach Supervisor and Psychotherapist based in Galway, Ireland . I work with organisations and individuals to develop their leadership and resilience capabilities.

For a number of years I have led group and individual Executive Coach Supervision at the Irish Management Institute (IMI). I co-facilitate the Executive MBA Vertical Leadership Development module at National University of Ireland, Galway and have tutored on their Adult Education programmes.

In addition I am a programme director and co-facilitator for the IMI - Women in Leadership Programme.

As coaches move deeper into the world of coaching, they can face highly complex and novel situations. Working through emergent issues involves making sense of what is going on in a complex system. It can involve unhooking from habitual ways of being, unlearning old ways as much as learning new ways and surfacing the invisible ties that bind, as well as dealing with ethical and moral issues.

As a counterbalance to the serious nature of the work, I aim to bring a lightness of touch and a sense of curiosity to the supervision space, in order to co-create a relaxed environment in which competence and confidence can flourish.
