I am a Partner at The Performance Coach and Course Director for their MSc in Coaching.

Presence and our relationship is at the heart of our work where you will explore who you really are within your practice and how you can make the required shifts in your development as a coach. Our work together will be underpinned by the use of systemic methods and constellations so you can fully explore the relational dynamics at play in specific cases as well as connecting you fully to your emotional intelligence and resources.

Prior to joining The Performance Coach in 2009, I spent 15 years in senior learning and development roles within large blue chip organisations in the financial and professional service sectors. My last role was as Global Learning and Development Manager for a professional services firm supporting 10,000 staff across 40 countries. I have expertise in mindfulness, emotional intelligence, team coaching, executive and leadership development, coach training and helping organisations utilise coaching effectively.

I have a MSc in Coaching and Development (UoP Business School), a Master Coach (EMCC EQA), an Advanced Diploma in Coaching Supervision (CSA - ICF /EMCC), Certificate in Systemic Coaching and Constellations, am a Master Practitioner in NLP and am a certified Heartmath Coach. I am also certified in various psychometric tools.
