My own coaching practice adopts an integrative approach with a strong person-centred focus.
My core values are equality, enquiry and encouragement.
Coaching methodology includes solutions-focus; positive psychology; Thinking Environment/Gestalt-based; cognitive-behavioural coaching and systemic practice.
My approach is to create a robust safe place for you to do your best thinking, supported through my observation, enquiry and feedback.
I tend to follow Peter Hawkins ‘CLEAR’ framework: Contracting, Listening, Exploring, Acting/Appreciating, Reviewing.
