I believe Supervision keeps you safe and develops your capability to service your clients in a world of continuous disruption. There is greater demand for professional and ethical coaching with higher expectations from clients.
I have supervised many coaches for over 8 years. To ensure ethical and professional practice I have a Post Graduate Certificate with Relational Change to build my competence in service of the coaches I work with.
