I am a qualified coach passionate about the art and science of coaching, coach training and coaching supervision. I believe in the power of reflection and reflective practice in order to realise potential and hone craft. Intuition, empathy, curiosity and disruption/challenge are key elements to my practice which is strongly influenced by holism, Gestalt and creative techniques.
I spent the majority of my career in education and now work privately and as a part/time coach mentor working with a wide range of different organisations across different sectors
