With a background as an HR Director in several industry sectors, I have been working as an Executive and Business Coach for over 16 years running my own coaching practice.

As an accredited senior Practitioner with the EMCC and and an Accredited Coaching Supervisor through the accredited Bath Consultancy Postgraduate Certificate, I work across the South East/South West and internationally virtually in both the public and corporate sector.

Much of my supervision work is with new and experienced coaches qualified through ILM Coaching & Mentoring programmes. I am also an ILM assessor. I provide group supervision for internal coaches across many organisations within this network.

Working with individuals I seek to help coaches grow through an integrative supervision approach working with a range of supervision models and what I particularly value about this method is the fact that one can adopt the mind-set that the person you are working with is someone “who can do their own independent thinking”. I am passionate about helping others do their own thinking and problem solving. I also enjoy doing work that is transformational (and gets results). I am driven by a keen sense of fairness and am motivated particularly to work with clients who are grappling with organisational dynamics, organisational politics and their own self-confidence. I believe my blend of leadership experience, common sense approach, challenge, intelligence and clear perspective is crucial to a successful coaching supervision relationship.
