Anne is an executive coach, coaching and therapy supervisor, and psychotherapist.
She subscribes to the code of ethics of the Association for Coaching, UK CP and BACP.

As an AC supervisor since 2013, a Stream Lead on AC Coaching Supervision Accreditation working party, Anne has supervised individuals and groups, both pre and post accreditation.
She is also a Volunteer host on AC supervision calls.

Anne wants to encourage psychological mindedness, systemic and more eclectic approaches versus prescriptive models, and to enable a deeper level of self awareness and reflective practice. She also wants to explore ways to raise awareness of supervision in coaching.
