Supervision Group for Coaches and Supervisors

Closed; Supervision group for coaches and supervisors

Maximum group size is 4 people.

Six sessions x 90 minutes; times tba

Starts March or April 2020 for 6 to 8 sessions.

Here's my initial thinking (below) taken from the contract I will share with you...although what actually happens will emerge between all of us, myself and the members of the group.

I'll trust we will each find exactly what we need to stretch and grow!

Together, we will create a professional supervision relationship in which we will focus on all aspects of work – as a coaches, supervisors, facilitators. We will build a safe confidential and reflective space in which we can explore any area that impacts on your work – directly or indirectly. This means at times you may find it helpful to reflect directly on client work, on your wider working portfolio, events in work or in your life more generally, or your feelings, beliefs and thoughts.

Coaching supervision can encompass any reflection and exploration that supports you to give your services to others in a professional, confident and competent way. Supervision also holds a role in maintaining standards and ethics in the profession. Jo will encourage each of us, including herself, to bring our best thinking and feeling, sensing and intuition into a mature professional dialogue. We may draw on ethical frameworks, professional body literature or other resources where it is helpful to do so.

There are other areas of our contracting which we will attend to as you sign up, and as we begin our work together.
