Coaching Supervision - a new group for Essex and Suffolk

This is the first meeting of a new coaching supervision group for coaches based in Essex and Suffolk run by Ken Smith.

It offers you as a coach a safe place to talk about a client case or a theme within your coaching practice about which you are curious, anxious or in some way feeling slightly stuck; or you might simply want to compare and contrast your approaches with those which others in the group might bring to working with your client.

It's a small group with a maximum of eight members. Even if you are not presenting a case, participating in the group will most certainly help you develop your coaching practice - through the support you can give your colleagues, your observation of the work they do in the session, Ken's input and facilitation, and the reflections on your own practice that all these will generate.

Whatever kind of coaching you do or however you brand it, whether it is Executive, Life, Wellness, Business, if you would like to meet other coaches and learn and develop with them, you are very welcome.
