Hampshire Coaching Supervision Group on Wednesdays

The groups are a mix of highly experienced and newer members, drawing on a range of approaches and also paying attention to our philosophy and purpose for coaching, mentoring and supervision and to our ethics. There is a lot of laughter, we work on the premise of equality and “non-expert” and we also tackle challenges like working with our own assumptions e.g. what are our “taken-for-granted” beliefs?

We tend to keep in touch between sessions and there is some continuing support where needed – this is discussed more in our contracting. The groups tend to be challenging, supportive and at times, very funny! I am sure the neighbours have enjoyed us sculpting in the garden!

See more via my website. Refreshments are provided before the group starts and during the morning. There’s a variety of teas, coffee, biscuits, fruit and cakes – some made by fellow group members!
