On-going Virtual Supervision Group

This is an opportunity to join a well established, diverse group of coaches in a safe learning environment.

Jo has been offering monthly group supervision since 2008, with a maximum of 7 coaches per group. Commitment to an on-going group helps build safety, continuity and optimum learning for the coaches and the group.

Jo's strengths as a supervisor are her experience, her warmth and ability to create a reassuring, accepting space for coaches to explore and reflect on their interactions with clients, to review caseload and practice issues and to support coaches in working ethically and with integrity. She is experienced at working with groups and with process.

Her coaching and supervision model is Humanistic and Integrative based on ten years of experiential training in Humanistic and Integrative psychotherapy in London. The underlying philosophy of Humanism is our desire to grow and realise our full potential. The Integrative aspect refers to the integration of many different methodologies and tools for working with people in a therapeutic or coaching environment.

In response to the question, "What is the value of supervision to you?" a group of coaches in my supervision groups have said:

• I get so much from the wisdom of the group, from other coaches – it is phenomenal learning.
• It is an affirming growth space. A place where I can show my vulnerability and answer the question "Am I doing the right thing with my clients?"
• Before I came in to a supervision group I didn't know what to expect and I discovered I could share my vulnerability and risk the question "am I doing the right thing with my clients?"
