International Coaching Federation (ICF) have confirmed that, upon successful completion of this programme and 120 hours of actual SUPERvision practice, you are eligible to SUPERvise Team Coaches applying for the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).

CoachME is delighted to be delivering this professional development programme on-line live and in person (upon request) for experienced professionals who wish to focus on, or learn and experience for the first time, the skills, knowledge and behavioral competencies required for providing impactful SUPERvision for Coaches, Team Coaches, Agile Coaches, Leaders, Mentors, OD professionals and Consultants.

This programme is designed to take you, step-by-step, through the key SUPERvision models including the 7 Eyed Model (Hawkins and Shohet), API Model (Hawkins and Smith), Coaching Maturity (Clutterbuck), as well as over 20+ tools and techniques, with a specific focus on the researched CoachME SUPERvision Model, Image Cards and other resources.

You will learn personally, professionally, for the benefit of your clients, the wider system you live and work in as well as the field of SUPERvision.

Graduates have shared that this programme also enabled them to review and reflect upon their work in a restorative, resourcing, benchmarking and creative developmental way.

ICF HQ have drawn upon her experience as a Subject Matter Expert in the area of team coaching & SUPERvision. Clare was the Nominating Coach & internal Executive Coach for the ICF Middle East Prism Award Winners Qatar Financial Centre 2020.

Clare is also an author of 5 books most recently being ‘Creative Reflective Practice’ with contributions from Prof Peter Hawkins, Eric de Haan, Jonathan Passmore, Nancy Kline, John Leary-Joyce…, has numerous book chapters & 100s of articles including contributions for referred journals, Routledge & Forbes.

ICF have drawn upon her as a subject matter expert in Team Coaching and SUPERvision for creating competencies.
