Open Group Coach Supervision
Join me (Christina) for this 2-hour open group supervision for professional coaches.
Professional Coach Supervision is key for our safe and ethical practice and our development as coaches, as well as to meet the requirements of our membership bodies, accreditations and business insurances.
Coach Group supervision provides a cost-effective solution and opportunities to learn from your own situation, as well as those of the other coaches present. It helpfully reminds us that we are not alone in our doubts and aspirations for coaching, and we experience this when we share and learn with our peers.
As an open group, the membership will ebb and flow from session to session and this creates the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of different approaches and learn from a range of coaches. These small group sessions will have a maximum of 4 coaches.
The group will decide how we use the supervision time we have and we will use a variety of creative approaches, tools and models to support our learning and development.
