SF Coaching Supervision
One of the few coaching supervision trainings offering EMCC accreditation!
Our program vision and learning goals:
This online course helps experienced coaches hone their coach supervision skills. You will gain a thorough understanding of what coach supervision entails, how coach supervision is different from psychological supervision and what is your preferred stance as a supervisor. Discovering tools, methods of Solution Focused group and individual supervision is an integral part of the highly practical program that will lead you on a path of discovery of your own skills and impart all necessary skills and knowledge for a successful coach supervision practice.
There are a few prerequisites:
- you have an ICF credential: ACC, PCC or MCC – in the case of ACC, you will have to have renewed your credential at least once or you have an EMCC credential at least at practitioner level
- you have at least 250 hours coaching experience
- you are planning to offer or are actively offering group or individual coaching supervision

- one 2 hour session per week (48 contact hours and 102 hours peer group and self study to make up for a full EMCC accredited course)
