20 week; online course; engaging, participative workshops; international team; pioneering, research-based material weaving psychological understanding with complexity-attuned frames; all inclusive price.

This is a Practitioner Qualification, recognised by professional bodies and is suitable for coaches, HR professionals and other leaders.

Coaching Supervision is a reflective practice. It enables you to look deeply at your work, peeling back layers of awareness, noticing patterns, and understanding human dynamics. Coaching Supervision and the insights gained, deepens your understanding of you…and through this new awareness your work, and your service to others, will change.

During this course you will provide 18 hours supervision to coaches (and other practitioners / leaders with prior agreement) and you will receive Coaching Supervision on your work. You will also be supported by Reflective Learning Groups in which you will deepen your learning.

There are 20 online workshops - each will be 2.5 hours and will usually include a blend of topics and practice.

• Business & Practice Development

 

Enhanced learning through:

4 x Reflective Learning Groups (1.5 hours per group)

1 x Supervision Group (1.5 hours) and 4 x individual Supervision Sessions (each 1 hour)

8 hours in Peer Practice Pods and

15 hours (at least) individual study.

 

You will keep a regular Reflective Learning Journal throughout the course and a Supervision Log (all supervision received and delivered with dates)
