Fragile World, New Approaches

Dear colleagues,

If you are supporting leaders towards a more life affirming global culture you are in a unique position to have a significant impact. The world is fragile and we now need a different approach when supporting clients through global uncertainty, crisis and loss. 

When holding coaching conversations around climate change, biodiversity and sustainability what do you think/feel about posing these questions? 

• What legacy do you want to leave future generations?
• If the planet could express herself what would she be saying to you? (thank you Nick Heap)
• What will future generations be thankful for if we act now?

We would like to introduce you to three, two hour modules with Jackie Arnold and Lydia Stevens  to form links with other leaders in the field of coaching, coaching supervision and business from different sectors, locations and cultures. You will connect and collaborate to explore how to integrate your concern for the planet and humanity’s future into your business and networks.  

MODULE 1: INVESTIGATE & NURTURE - 13th September

09.30 – 11.30 BST/GMT+1; 15.30 – 17.30 BST/GMT+1

MODULE 2: SENSE & PAUSE - 27th September 

By attending (or recommending) the course, you will explore what matters to you and how to find your own clear entry points, and how to sensitively contract for it. 

After attending, you will have a network of partners to continue to collaborate with to integrate a more courageous and hopeful mindset into your professional work, in service of humanity.

We will offer tools, videos and resources for your use during and after the course.  

The course will assume no prior knowledge, it is the first of its kind. You (or those you recommend) can be part of shaping work in this area by being part of the inaugural cohort.
