Group supervision online
Supervision is seen as essential for ethical and professional coaching practice.
One of the advantages of group supervision is that you will benefit from the insights, knowledge and experience of both the participants and your supervisor, who will facilitate the session. You will also have the opportunity to understand that other coaches face similar doubts, questions and problems in their coaching practice.
During these four monthly supervision sessions, you will find support for your coaching work, your professional development and your wellbeing.
The group is limited to 4-5 attendees of all levels of coaching. We will use different models of supervision and creative techniques and you will be invited to keep a coaching log and reflect between sessions.
Coaching supervision is fast becoming a requirement for the leading professional bodies and will help you to deal with client issues and build your self-confidence as a coach.
Supervision certificates are issued at the end of a series of continuous participation and ongoing personal learning for accreditation or CPD and self-marketing purposes.
