Weekly online workshops are highly experiential - theory, concepts and tools conveyed through practice. We move from the balcony view offered in the Big group, into Small groups where the pulse and essence of the work can be deepened. Pause points, personal reflection, presence.... together with engagement, fun and chatter... are part of the experience as we create strong relationships through which to support your learning and development.
You, already an experienced coach, will bring your existing expertise and play with new ideas, inhabiting both the 'expert' coach and the beginners mind simultaneously. Peer Practice Groups become potent containers for change. Robust relationships develop that extend beyond the course.
Facilitated Reflective Learning Groups enable small study groups to work intensively with one of the faculty, making theory come alive and applicable to practice.
There are myriad opportunities for you to provide Supervision to Coaches and your work will be fully supported by continual connection with faculty and peers.
One group, and four individual sessions of Supervision of Supervision, with passionate, highly experienced international coaching supervisors, invite you to intimate learning partnerships through which to explore your new 'supervision' practice and explore emergent issues.
The programme is designed to enable and challenge in equal measure. You will be encouraged to stretch into the unknown and will work with uncertainty, develop capacity to hold inquiry and be receptive to emergent wisdom.
You will be expected to engage in self-directed learning and to explore the wealth of possibilities for learning and support in relationship with peers.
This experience will embrace 'you' as the most precious element of your coaching and supervision practice. You might be disturbed ....find yourself questioning things you thought you knew for certain.....and you might delight in unexpected gifts!

We will experience the 'embodiment' of the art and science of supervision, enhance our capacity for relational depth, and create the opportunity to make lasting peer connections within the 'supervision' community.
