✓ DIVERSITY - BEYOND THE OBVIOUS 3-WEEK EXPERIENCE

✓ WEEKLY ACTIVITIES TO DEVELOP YOUR DIVERSITY SKILL SET

✓ THREE GROUP SESSIONS: TWO WORKSHOP-STYLE SESSIONS AND ONE GROUP COACHING SUPERVISION

 

THIS EXPERIENCE WILL ENABLE YOU TO 

  1. Identify the level of diversity awareness within yourself personally, professionally and within your practice

  2. Work with others to develop individual and group insights into diversity and difference

  3. Increase your reflective practice and so reduce your blindspots as you transition learning into your work

  4. Deepen your self-management so that you can enhance the quality of your work and reduce the impact of bias

Yvette Elcock has had a career in people development spanning over 30 years. She is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and an accredited Coaching Supervisor through the Coaching Supervision Academy.

She believes that high performance coaching is an evolutionary learning relationship that promotes revolutionary results for the coaching client, their key stakeholders and their organisation.  It is about energising potential and engaging people to enhance performance, learning and growth.

She used to think that she didn’t have much to say on the diversity and inclusion agenda; she actually has quite a lot!

Sile Walsh has been working in and around areas of diversity and inclusion for as long as she can remember. Sile’s background is in coaching psychology, professional supervision and organisational development.

Sile is committed to working with interpersonal and intrapersonal development, understanding difference and utilising experiential education to deepen awareness and inform practice. Sile is currently engaging in a PhD in inclusive leadership and coaching psychology.
