Mindfulness Stress Reduction & Silence in the City

There are just a few places remaining for our upcoming online 'MBSR course' and virtual mindfulness retreat, Silence in The City.

You’ll find more information about the MBSR course and Silence in the City below. If you are interested in joining us, please get in touch or apply online soon.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

We all experience difficulties in our lives, and now more than ever for so many. Our 8-week online Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course will teach you the skills to help manage these difficulties.

Some participants join the course because of a specific physical or mental health problem; others come to help themselves deal more effectively with stress.

Our next course starts on 5 October. Please contact us for more information or apply online to join.

Silence in the City - a mindfulness retreat

Our next Silence in the City retreat will take place on 18 September — and is online rather than face-to-face.

Silence in The City is a half-day retreat and provides an oasis of silence and calm that helps you reset and reconnect with a sustainable inner speed limit. It is designed to reignite or deepen a mindfulness practice.

If you're interested in joining us on this retreat please do get in touch or book online. You can find out more about 'Silence in the City' here.

As always, if you have any queries about coaching or mindfulness, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

With best wishes,
