Virtual Coach Support & CPD Group

An Open Space for Coaches

During 2020 a long-running face to face group transferred online due to Covid 19 restrictions.

This will continue during 2021 albeit with more frequent dates

During 2020, on average 7- 9 coaches attended to discuss topics such as:

Guilt about having work, staying connected during a crisis, delivering online, ethics of coaching in same team, self-care, reflective practice techniques, business building

2021 programme (All Monday): 1st February, 12th April, 7th June, 19th July, 11th October, 6th December.

Here is some of the feedback from our sessions:

“Loved it and found the turning off of cameras really powerful.  I gained an awful lot from hearing everyone else’s reflections afterward too, so much resonated with me”

I think the Zoom platform works well. Nice to see a few more additional people join the group and yet it still felt safe and a place where I could be open about how I was feeling. Good to get into pairs/small groups to talk things through.”

Our group session is open to anyone and all levels of coaching experience are catered for. Learning will emerge from the opportunity to stand back and reflect on your coaching practice with others in an informal and inclusive environment.

• Refunds will not be given. All attendees will receive a CPD certificate on request.
