I'm a novice in this field but recent family events of the last couple of years led me to Anne Archer, she is in the process of joining us, and a Mental Health First Aid workshop she facilitated.
It was a warm and engaging workshop that did full justice to a complex topic and...I have been able to manage difficult situations since with much more confidence.

* 4-hours spread over 2 days
* 30th June and 2nd July 9.30 – 11.30 both days
