AOCS: Virtual Supervision Conference

The first Virtual Supervision Conference ran on March 11^th and is now over!

AoCS hosted the first global Virtual Supervision Conference on March 11th for members and guests. It was a "sunrise to sunset" event enabling attendance around the globe. No need to attend all day.

The focus was on leading-edge topics related to supervision, using an experiential and discussion-based format, with lots of stretchy learning and good fun.

Top guest presenters like Alison Hodge, Jo Birch, Kathryn Downing, Damian Goldvarg, Paul Brown, Linda Aspey, Peter Jackson, and lots more. Topics covered Climate Crisis Coaching, complex multi-contracting, internal coaching and supervision, creative tools, themes brought to supervision, etc.

Plus hosted 'fringe' sessions in Chinese Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, English and French language via Zoom. 

We reduce our carbon footprint by saving on travel! 

We used Remo Virtual Conferencing platform so that our members across all time zones could participate by video, and to access the content. We recorded all main conference content, but not the small group discussions in break-out spaces.

Damian Goldvarg session for Spanish speakers in Latin America, North America, Spain and elsewhere, in conversation with Louise Schubert. 

Russia/Baltic States networking session for Russian/Latvian speakers, co-hosted by Irina Judge and Olga Rybina.
