TEAM COACHING SUPERVISION DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS with Dr Alison Hodge
JUNE TO NOVEMBER 2018, LONDON
Now in its third consecutive year, this powerful development programme for coaching supervisors is led by Dr Alison Hodge in collaboration with CSA Ltd faculty.
Executive coaches are increasingly being invited to work with senior teams in team coaching assignments. At the same time, the coaches – who might usually work on a one-to-one basis – now find themselves facing challenging and at times ‘messy’ situations with groups and teams in complex, global organisational systems. Even if they have specific team coaching training, the systemic material they are dealing with can be overwhelming or difficult to untangle.
Recent research indicates that team coaches appreciate the value of coaching supervision. Indeed, many feel it is absolutely vital to support them as they navigate the practical and psychological issues that arise within their client groups. So how do we, as coaching supervisors, provide the depth and quality of supervision that can support team coaches as they navigate these particular complexities?
