Online Coaching Supervision Group

This is a new, closed online Coaching Supervision Group, lasting 90 minutes via Zoom videoconferencing/videocall.

Limited to a maximum of 4 participants, this group will suit coaches wishing to supplement their one-to-one supervision or those whose current coaching hours do not require more frequent supervision.

Sessions will be at 10.00 GMT on Fridays, taking place every two months for an initial three sessions. The first session is planned for 15th February but could change to meet the needs of participants. After three sessions the group will be invited to re-contract for a further three sessions.

The group will work collectively, drawing out themes and learning from each other, exploring work through the lenses of a range of supervision and psychological models and coaching.approaches, which may include NLP and Clean Language.

You may:

Bring your client work, including client relationships and coaching interventions
Explore ethical issues, focusing on building a robust practice
Reflect on your work,gaining new perspectives and identifying new CPD areas
