I was delighted to be able to sit down with Co-Leaders of the ICF's Community of Practice for Coaching Supervision, Leen Lambrechts-Noël - MCC, Accredited Coach Supervisor and Kathryn M. Downing, PCC, J.D. along with the ICF Director of Coaching Science, Joel DiGirolamo.

Nick, Leen, Kathryn and Joel discuss what the ICF community of practice aims to achieve, their aspirations for supervision and the evolving relationship of the ICF to coaching supervision.
