Reflections on International Supervision Day

I got to know Catia on a management development programme in Houston in 2014. She was a participant and I was a facilitator.  We had frequent conversations about the programme and she was clearly enthused by the content and was committed to her own learning and development.

Fast forward to 2019 and last week when Catia contacted me. She is now a Business and Relationship Coach in Brazil where she lives and is in the process of growing her new business.

We will work together on a project to develop a relational leadership approach for helping clients working with conflict and I will provide supervision to support her in her new role. Thank you for the opportunity Catia.
