Ethical complexities
This is less of an article, and more of a request for peoples' thoughts on the link below. I picked this up on LinkedIn and wondered what fellow supervisors thought about some of the ethical issues raised here. I've certainly had conversations with internal coaches in particular who have had to manage the tensions between knowing a client has beeen "sent", and their own role within the organsation. It would be good to have your views !
