We have reached a crossroads in our evolution and have decided that, after 10+ years, to adopt a 'Company Limited by Guarantee' (CLbG) framework. This will provide us with a stronger legal framework for the future, with reduced liability for all concerned.

The unanimous decision made on May 26th was to elect:
Lorenza and Jenny were elected with immediate effect to these roles. Both will work with the Transition Team over the coming months to put the new organisation in place and effect a smooth transition over the summer months.
